About Our Founder
Hola! I'm Krystal
Fractional HR Business Partner, People Ops Strategist, and someone who believes culture isn’t just a poster on the wall… it’s how your team shows up every day.
With over a decade of experience in all things HR, I’ve worked with small business owners and growing companies who want to do right by their people and scale sustainably (and some who didn’t). I founded Mundo Resources to bridge the gap between strategy and heart; to give leaders the support they need to build workplaces that are both high-performing and people-first.
As a bilingual Latina entrepreneur, I’m especially passionate about supporting organizations that serve (or are made up of) large Hispanic teams. We help make sure they’re included in your culture and policies.
